These Terms govern the use of the Cantieri SaaS application provided by Cloudend (sole trader, United Kingdom, contact hello@cloudend.dev) to the customer organisation that subscribes to the service.
Cantieri is a multi-tenant SaaS for construction site attendance management. The customer receives access to a dedicated tenant within the platform, with limits according to the chosen plan (Small, Standard, Pro).
Plan limits (workers, sites, foremen) are published on the website at the time of subscription. Pricing is communicated by quote. Payment is monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The customer agrees not to: attempt to access other tenants' data, reverse-engineer the platform, use the service to store data unrelated to construction site attendance, or violate applicable laws.
Either party may terminate the contract with 30 days written notice (email to hello@cloudend.dev is sufficient). On termination, the customer may request a full data export within 30 days; after that, customer data is deleted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloudend's total liability under these Terms is limited to the fees paid by the customer in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability. Cloudend is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
Processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy and the DPA which form an integral part of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules applicable in the customer's country of residence.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated to active customers by email at least 30 days in advance.
